Compcare = No Tax Certificate

An absolute struggle to get a tax certificate out of Compcare. Although I myself are not with Compcare (my medical aid scheme loaded mine without me even have to enquire) my husband are and after numerous phone calls and emails, nothing yet. Send a formal complaint; haven't even bothered to reply yet.

His an active Boncap SelfNet member, paying his full installments during this Covid -19 pandemic trying times, although he has have been temporarily laid off for six (6) months with only the minimal TERS UIF Benefit as in income. We've phoned and send emails since the 03rd August 2020 in regards his outstanding tax certificate to no avail. The only person that assisted him was Pule Molekan who directed him to the correct department and by sending an email asking for assistance for me (somewhere in Cape Town) Nobody bothers to acknowledge the emails, except for an automatic email responder or come back to him. No responds.
