CompCare Medical Scheme charging people who didn't take out medical care from them

While looking through various medical scheme options, CompCare got to my attention... I searched for their products and wanted a consultant to phone me after filling in my details and which product I'm interested in instead of someone phoning I've been signed up for a medical aid plan of more than R2500. I canceled it immediately when they started sending me welcoming emails but still got a bill. After never using it, never agreeing to anything, never signing anything. Now they're sending me handover emails if I don't pay this amount but I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone from the company. I'd really advise people to just not click on anything of theirs cause you will get billed for nothing.
