Compcare medical aid is a disgrace

I'm sure it's easier to sort and talk to a closed down Municipality agent than what it is to talk to Compcare agents. The broker took our money with a biiiiig smile and since then never returned a call again. We're paying more bills coming from attorneys months after the service than what our premium is. I was diagnosed with an illness which they decided they don't cover. Whilst in hospital, where ALL bills are supposed to be paid, we found out afterwards that there's some sort of limit on some tests! How the hell do you do business like this? This is AFTER the hospital got authorization for the test from them? They can't even fix an ICD10 code without hundreds of phonecalls. What do I do now? Find a better medical aid to get told there's a waiting period and exclusions because I've already been diagnosed? COMPCARE sort yourselves out and fast. Extremely irritated with this *******.
