COMPCARE MEDICAL AID: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Don't sign up, sounds like a ****!

I signed up for the NetworX plan offered by CompCare Wellness Medical Scheme for my son and was provided with a membership letter and number. When I took him to the dentist, I was surprised they said they could not 'find' the account. On communicating with CompCare, I was surprised that the account had a doctors' confirmation letter, which was never requested when I signed up. I now want to cancel this account and be fully refunded as it was never active and I never used it. They are now giving me the run-around with the consultant Nidia Angabe, who signed me up ignoring my emails and WhatsApp messages when I ask about my refund and no communication from the Memberships Dept either. This is the worst medical aid ever and I would not recommend it to anyone! I want my money back now. My membership number is *** and my number is ***.
