Compcare don't play the game

Went to dr De Goede had cancer spots on my face and back This was 3 years ago. I had no funds and we phoned medical aid from the office. They were selfmed at the time and were changing to compcare. Got authorization and doctor done it in house with his staff. Sent invoice to medical aid and they never paid ? Must here sent them over 30 emails. Once when I had airtime phoned them ?They sent me all over finally spoke to lady. She said she would get files out for selfmed and sort it out Ha ha .waste of time never ever came back to me. The account was for R 2800 app not sure ? I have been getting nasty email from debt collectors and threats to take me to court . Sent more emails to compcare no results paid some from stuff I sold now still owe them 2100 . Why do these people do this if I was always in and out of hospitalwould have cost them a fortune . Went to goverment hospital for severe back pain with covid could not get into n 1 city .They just checked me put me in bed with lots of mess .They were so over run with coved phoned my daughter at 10 said it was so bad I must go home ? Told medical aid and sent them acc Because I was not in the full day they would not pay 2400 app. My hospital plan is currently 4995 per month, . what can I do have no money for lawyers .
