Compcare doesnt care

My parents have been members for years, however every authorisation is an uphill battle! They have to jump so many hoops to get anything - Compcare make it as difficult as possible. A week from starting to get authorisation suddenly 2 days before they come up with more forms to compelte & more letters required from doctors. Unbelievable!! So sad & stressful when clients are really ill this is all you need from your medical aid, just to make matters worse.
