Compcare claims department is SHOCKING

Compcare is a wonderful scheme but I am disgusted with the claims department. I have been waiting 5 months to receive my refunds back. They have no interest in getting it sorted for the members and we wait weeks on weeks for a response. I am 9 months pregnant and told them that I have enough to deal with and not run after them for my own money! This is why we pay medical aid every month!!
