CompCare Award 2022 - Worst Medical Aid.

I wish I didn't have to award even 1 star. After another frustrating year of CompCare paying as little as possible and charging as much as possible we have changed medical aids. I have spent so much of 2022 on admin with this medical aid that it became nothing but a burden. The claiming rules are convoluted and restrictive. There are no extra benefits other than a very cheesy, cliched newsletter now and then that is supposed to help you inform you on health matters. It does not. We have paid in so much this year it is depressing. We were on the Dynamix Plan (a top one) and it was anything but dynamic.
