CLAIMS NEVER PROCESSED IN TIME
The services is pathetic! Every time submit a claim I have to phone them. 3 weeks down the line and they still have not even sent my claim for processing. It's just a pity we have to be on this medical aid - company policy. I never would have chosen it otherwise.
