I recently wrote a review for this company rating it as terrible. As a service provider, they had made a mistake with my payment, and I went through a concerning back and forth receiving empty promises from various people. However, after my review on hello peter, they assigned someone to fix the matter and they got it right within one business day. Thanks to Chrisandra Webster, I now look forward to working with the company and most of all feel secure as mistakes do happen but how a company chooses to find solutions is he deal breaker.
