Benefit
I have been given a script of Lexamil for 6 months and have just tried to get more at the pharmacy. The claim would not go through so the pharmacist phoned Compcare only to be told that I am only allowed 3 fills per year! That is ridiculous. The value of 3 fills is R424.92. I cannot understand how the benefit could be so low. Please advise. I will also be emailing a complaint and drawing this to the attention of my employer who pays R5670 a month to you guys for my medical aid.
