BAD SERVICE FROM THE BEGINNING

I have tried for over a month to get in contact with the medical aid to get medical for myself and my husband and my unborn on the way. Eventually I heard from them but the more I tried to get the right information on the medical package Networx ED.

Every time I requested the medical aid to send me a quotation they will only send me the following as from Jonathan Buchan: "The Networx is our international student option, please consider alternative options I have attached benefits on all the options."

The more I tried to explain to him that I want the Netwox ED option the more he only send me the above messaged.

On the brochure that he has send me it does not state that the ED is only for students, as you will see below "The NETWORX ED option is an affordable healthcare plan with exceptional value for lower-income employees. The plan offers comprehensive hospital benefits within a network of public and private hospitals and offers essential day-to-day cover within the Universal Healthcare Provider Network."

He cant explain to me after I have send him the above why I cant get this plan. Still he will only tell me it is for students.

We really need a medical aid and I do think that I wont be using them if I start from the beginning to struggle to get the basic information how will I keep on struggling in the future.
