Admission quarrel at Hospital

On the 29 th July our GP diagnosed my wife with pneumonia and admitted her to Mooimed Hospital in Potchefstroom. When the lady at Mooimed phone in for authorisation , the callcentre clerk at Compcare Authorisations demanded to speak to my wife , asking het questions like , what medicine are she taking , did she take x rays before coming to the hospital, I mean really ??
Our Gp diagnosed her with pneumonia and refer her to the hospital for treatment ?
I really feel it was not professional at all !!
