2 months down the line and still no Card

According to the call center, on the 12th of February 2015 my medical aid card was sent to me. Today, 8 April I still have no card in my possession.<br> <br> When I phoned in and asked to have one sent again they said they will charge me for a new card - How Fdup is that seeing as I have not even received my first one!<br> <br> Think I better go to Bonitas rather. You guys really do not stand out!
