Worst customer care after purchase is completed

I purchased two batteries from them that did not last a year, the batteries and inverter was installed by a qualified electrician. It took almost 4 months to get answer out of their customer care, lots of excuses keeps blaming the supplier. Resulting in not replacing the batteries.
