Unsatisfied

Unprofessional service Came in to purchase a couple of items and asked for help at their remote section, after waiting for more than 20min no one helped so decided to choose one that I thought might work.Still asked at teller if it didn’t work if I could return it and was told yes (No mention of a handle fee) Lo and behold it didn’t on returning they say it states it on the slip which it does so read the fine print on till slip.When I mentioned to the manager that I would take it further he got touched and he said no problem he has dealt with the consumer council before Once again standing in store I ask for help after the altercation with the manager and the gent that helps me doesn’t know how to heltheir training and service is atrocious and needs work
