Selling resealed product boxes as new items

In my option Dishonest and unresponsive company. I’ve been waiting for customer service to call me since yesterday morning… just after the “second hand / demo” goods arrived. I called and what’sAppes pictures through to dispatch and they said customer service manager will call me.
