Problem with replacing inverter with factory fault

Bought an inverter from Communica 2/11/20, a certified electrician installed it and discovered the unit had a fault, the fan was not turning off. Returned the unit the next day and have been given the run-around within customer services for the past week without remedial action.

Good company to buy from when everything goes well, but customer service sadly lacking when not.
