Poorest customer service in all retail's history

I am so disappointed at the level of service inside such a big organisation such as Communica in Samrand, more worse coming from their main branch and head office. the level of arrogance displayed by the business and its management is appalling.

I went into the store the other day to return a faulty item, and to possibly make another purchase of which I needed some technical advice before buying. It was my first time in that specific branch and i found myself spending almost 2 hours in the shop and ended up walking out even talking to a sales assistant. They only have 1 person with the technical know-how and he is stretched way too thin to a point that he cannot even give you a minute off attention, it was even worse when a manager called him to attend to another customer while he was just about to attend to me and I had barely finished my question to the assistant and to only make me wait another 10 minutes after waiting 30 minutes before I could get a chance to speak to him.
