Pathetic service COMMUNICA Samrand, Centurion. ABSOLUTLEY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

I bought an item, a code reader from Communica in Samrand Centurion. LITERALLY 2 SECONDS to FINALISE a purchase....but 30 DAYS as per your website, to process an approved refund. REDICULOUS!!!!!! WHAT MAKES IT TAKE SO LONG???? what about the interest you earn on that money? I understand if its online purchases, but I was there in person on three different occasions, yet 2 weeks later after approval, still no refund.

You have more than 15 people on the floor and sales people, but 1 person at customer service. It is evident that you value sales more than customer service, keep that strategy up.....its always the big ones that fall the hardest
