Pathetic service

I drove from Durbanville in traffic to arrive at the Paarden Island branch 2 minutes before they were supposed to be closing. As I get the the entrance of this shop, the guard closes the door in my face and refuses to help me. Eventually I get him to go ask inside and ask someone else if they can help me but they just refused and said I must come back the next day. This is highly unacceptable, spending an hour to get there before the time they are supposed to close and being denied service. The security guard refused to put me in touch with anyone else and refused to give me his name!
