Pathetic service

Most pathetic service from Farhana who cares less about her customers than Tshwane. I bought a power supply and it’s faulty. She refuses to test it and gave me a 1000 reasons why they can’t test in the shop. I am client since 1991. No return or refund. You will get better service from the China shops.
