Mistakenly trying to buy something not on the salesperson incentive list

<p>A couple of months back lightning took out the alarm panel for my external beams, so I decided to visit Communica in Samrand on the 18th April 2017. I can’t say that they were terribly busy, except for one sales person who was helping a customer, the rest were avoiding the customers like the plague. While his customer took leave to browse I took the opportunity to ask where they keep the alarm panels for my brand alarm, which he kindly showed me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took it that he was free to help me to a degree and asked him a couple of questions to which Avi promptly tried to sell me the full kit, of which I already have about 70%. I told him that I was not interested in the full boxed kit but would take an upgraded alarm panel, keypad and some other accessories that near as ****it cost the same as the boxed kit but he appeared to lose interest and promptly disappeared and helped another customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hung around thinking that he might return but he never did, not even after 15 minutes. I even walked past him and the customer that he was helping and nothing, not even a “I’ll be with you again now sir” … nothing. Too bad for me that the salesperson incentive is only on kits.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I am tempted to rip out the alarm system and replace it with a different brand from a supplier a little closer to home. Too bad IDS, you also lose.</p>
