Faulty batteries
Worst company to spend your hard earned money at. In February we bought an inverter, and Four batteries, the total was R26 000, 3 months later the batteries are faulty, warranty on batteries is 6 months, I bought the batteries in pta branch. I had to return the batteries, since my mom is on insulin and needs the batteries for her medication that should stay in the fridge. I decided that it would be better to take the batteries straight to samrand branch because taking them to pta would take a long time to get them back Since I am told they need to take them to the supplier to assess. I explained to them when I got there that I need those batteries back ASAP because of my mom's health issue. We decided it's best I take them to the supplier, to reduce turnaround time. It's now a week without communication, I drove to samrand again to enquire. I am now told that it takes them two weeks to assess the batteries. So what am now asking is, what happens to my mom in the meantime? The supervisor says it's procedure. There's nothing that can be done. So this means I must wait for my mom to die because of a faulty product from communica?
