Customer support is a joke.

This has got to be one of the most useless companies I have delt with, in my 55 years in the field of electronics. I have never come across a more “couldn’t care less” attitude in my life. If you have any problems with the equipment you buy from this company you need to understand that you will be on your own and you might as well just throw it in the bin than waste your time asking for help. After spending many thousands of rands over the years they just let you down.
