Communica online bad service

I ordered some electronic items online it was delivered very fast but they sent me damaged goods that I cannot use, their quality system obviously does not work which cannot pick up simple defects on pc boards and now it became my problem of: “send it back on your own cost we will look into it and let you know in 7 to 14days Bla Bla Bla! of our outcome”. Now I need to explain to my customer that I have spent his money on broken goods from communica and I will let him know once communica made up their mind.
