Communica is not able to ship a simple R500 order

I ordered last week via the web site - probably on the 14th. I am not certain of the date as I didn't get an email to confirm my order.<br> <br> The website however did say that my order would be processed and I would get a quotation.<br> <br> I phoned Communica later that same week to find out what was going on with the order. I was told by a lady at Samrand she would get back to me. Nothing happened for 5-6 hours. So I phoned Cape Town office and spoke to a few people - although being disconnected several times and forwarded to a voicemail box that was \full".<br> <br> Eventually I got hold of a lady in CPT called Sinka. She responded that some items were not in stock"
