Bad product support and poor service

Do be aware that Comminica will sell you things that are not compatible with new computers. An example is an IP Security Camera https://www.communica.co.za/products/xy-ip-cam42bvaa-hk3-0mp-poe Now I bought one of these and find that it does not work as Microsoft IE is no longer supported. Any response from them? Not on this subject as I asked for a code update or any other way to support it. Returning it will cost me more as I have to pay the installer again to come out....
