Appalling Service by Communica - Withheld my payment for over 1 month and no communication

24 October - I ordered product 3 Nov - expected delivery date 13 Nov - I followed up with sales consultant 14 Nov - Sales consultant (Candice Naidoo) mentioned a delay 23 Nov - I followed up with sales consultant. No reply. 30 Nov - I followed up with sales consultant and copied in general Sales contact. No reply. 5 Dec - I followed up with sales consultant, and copied in general Sales and Info contacts. 5 Dec - Sales consultant rep****, saying that they were sorry but the product had increased in price and they had stopped ordering. Appalling! No communication, and just disappointing, since this was a present for my Dad.
