Refund

On the 25/04/2015 I went to Commercial auto parts to buy a service kit for my car but the person who helped me gave me wrong spark plugs it happened I lost the slip I went back on 06/05/2015 to the store the person who helped me last time could recognise me but I was told no refund can be made without the slip but I told them I bought this Items in this store I'm not going anywhere the store employee said to me he has to search for that invoice on the system but his attitude was bad as if I'm not a customer I'm begging for my money<br> everyone who came to him he will tell them making him work more I'm boring. I must say I wont go back to that store again in my life<br> all I want is my money nothing else
