Poor client service : Refusal to assist with a Tax Invoice for products purchased
We made a purchase with this company Commercial Auto Parts (Selby) (Pty) Ltd / Cnr Westex & Trump Street / Johannesburg. We made a payment to them on 08/05/2026 (R8585-00). We have been struggling to get our Tax invoice from them for more than 2 weeks. Keep in mind we are a business and we require invoices for any purchases made through our company. Every time we call them / send them whatsapp's they send me from one person to the next. This morning a person phones me back and tells me that they can only send me the invoice if we pay them R750-00 for reprints. When I told them that it is ******* to refuse to send me a tax invoice, the sales person on the phone tells me that he will no longer be speaking to me. I then request to speak to a manager, they put me through but the phone only rings and nobody answers. This is poor client service to say the least. They blame the courier service for the missing tax invoice. We checked everthing we received from them and there is no invoice. They send an invoice via whatsapp on the 13/05/2026 but you can't see the amounts or the the invoice number.
