Poor service, the staff is rude and ***********

The worst service ever. Firstly I came there for a refund which they were unable to do, saying the system doesn't allow. While I was still there, one of the staff was insulting a customer after he gave the customer wrong merchandise. I won't recommend this store to anyone.
