Parts not work and refuse to refund
We bought a quantum part from them worth R2850 with my brother ,,,,when we get home and get it to the quantum it never work and we return it and tell them that it's not working but that's where the problem started as they didn't want to exchange or refund
We have been told to wait for 14 days for refund which it doesn't make sense as the quantum won't be working ,,,,bad services as they don't care on satisfaction of the customer ,,,,it's sad to spend so much for something that didn't work and also being refused to be refunded

We have a very strict no-refunds or exchange policy after 7 days. Should you return the item within 7 days with the slip we will gladly exchange, there would be a 20% handling fee on refunds.
Refunds on any amount over R1000 would be done via EFT and would not take more than 5 working day.
