Commercial Auto Parts After Sales Service is Bad
Had a very bad experience with Commercial Auto Parts Today, I bought a Cylinder Head for my bakkie on Thursday the 12th of October 2023 with a sample of my old cylinder head and the Vin No of the bakkie, They inspected both cylinder heads and told me it was correct. When my mechanic checked it he found that it was not. I went to return it today and they said that it cannot be exchanged because they do not have the correct one and they cannot refund me because it was correctly supp****. Please don't deal with this company, their after sales service is really pathetic.

We do regret that you experience was not positive.
However from a company perspective our sales staff supp**** the correct cylinder head based not only on your Vin number but also on the sample of the old cylinder head.
You were satisfied when you left the store knowing that you had received the correct part.
Upon your return to the store to request a refund you could not show the sales staff the sample cylinder head so that they could determine why the supp**** cylinder head was not correct.
It is company policy that should you purchase the part based on it being correctly supp**** we are unable to offer a refund.
