Commercial Auto parts

I bought a battery there Sabat and it gave problems after a year now they can't change it for new one because it still under warranty. They keep on charging it when I go there and complain, they say the battery is ok. But I'm having problem every day charging or boosting the vehicle battery. I'm so disappointed with commercial auto parts and Sabat battery.
