Bought a broken gearbox
I bought a gearbox for my 2002 Toyota hilux 3rz on the 2nd of February2023. We only installed it on the 11th of February 2023. Upon opening the the package we discovered that they was something cracked I went back to the shop they didn't want to take the blame I ended up buying the part. When we tried to fit the gearbox it was not lining up. I had to go back to the shop again this time with the gearbox they refused to take it claiming I ve open the part I'm stressed as I seek I'm seating with a R7500 gearbox that I can not use. Those guys are *********

We thank you for your review. Management is aware of your complaint. Commercial Auto Parts do offer a 30 day guarantee on gearboxes.
However the problem is that you did not return the gearbox immediately when you saw that something was cracked but proceeded to work with and on the gearbox instead.
Our suppliers will not investigate a faulty gearbox if a third party has tampered with the part so at this point we are unable to assist you further with your claim.

15 Feb 2023, 12:34But you guys refused to take responsibility at first that lead me to buy the broken part but anyway I was given the wrong gearbox that does not fit my car. My R7500 just went down the drain

15 Feb 2023, 12:39Unfortunately I didn't think much that the gearbox wasn't the right size. Because you guys never wanted to hear my story I thought as much that I ve been ********** which lead me to buy the part which was broken even when I brought the first time you were not going to take it back
