Bad rude service
I bought an item from the shop in JHB central and when I want to return it they are saying that they have a seven day policy on their invoices. I asked them to show me and they couldn’t find it. Very rude and unprofessional white man responded. I don’t mind if it was the policy but it’s not written down on the invoice which goes out to the clients.

Firstly let me apologize if anyone was rude to you . That said we do have a seven day no refund policy and it is on the invoice but we would have gladly exchanged it for anything else to the same value
