10 days after purchase, still no goods received

Hi, I made a purchase on the 12th of Sept, payment ID from PayFast = ***. I have logged multiple tickets with the call center, but no one has come back to me regarding the status of my order. Your customer support are completely useless and I am not receiving my products!!! Please give me an update on my order!
