Rude consultant - Bully and ********

What an awful, rude and frustrating phone call Laiken from Collier and Malan basically called me to scream at me and insult me on a collections telephone call which I had no idea of.

When I asked her in a calm tone to explain where she was calling from and what payment she was referring to, she technically called me stupid by asking me if I didn't know who the creditor was, and screamed at me when i asked her to please explain as I have never paid these people before, when she was clearly stupid for not listening to what i was asking. She proceeded to drop the call on me. I expect an apology and maybe i'll apologize for calling her stupid on this platform.
