I have made payments towards my outstanding account now I see they listed a default on my name on itc for the whole outstanding amount. Which is a lie

Rude consultant - Bully and ********
What an awful, rude and frustrating phone call Laiken from Collier and Malan basically called me to scream at me and insult me on a collections telephone call which I had no idea of. When I asked her in a calm tone to explain where she was calling from and what payment she was referring to, she technically called me stupid by asking me if I didn't know who the creditor was, and screamed at me when i asked her to please explain as I have never paid these people before, when she was clearly stupid for not listening to what i was asking. She proceeded to drop the call on me. I expect an apology and maybe i'll apologize for calling her stupid on this platform.

Compliment to Sharmelle
In an abnormal situation where I found out that I have been listed for an account I know nothing about I called and spoke to Sharmelle, and I must say her service was very professional, though I was frustrated and she could clearly tell, her calmness and understanding made the situation so much better, great client service Sharmelle well done

Refund
Refund from the company for two weeks not given..money which deposited into their account by error and now the company is coming ups with excuses in refunding my money which is for my child's schools fees .no sense of urgency
