Harrashing customer /not recieved goods.

Harrashing customer which did recieved goods they charge for(glasses from specsavers). Very bad way to treat customer,explain did not recieved goods but still want threaten me to blacklisting just made contact with me after 3week back for the first time.Sending emails every 2nd day .
