Violating the POPIA act, Collier & Malan decided to contact me via whatsapp and then a month later decided to list a default against me.

This was all done without investigation on the account, as it was paid in full a month prior. I now have to suffer a bad credit rating due to a Ms Karin Nel just listing for a weak R200 rand that was not allocated correctly.

I suggest more education be pursued in Collier and Malan as clearly they are not firing on all cylinders. This matter was also escalated to the credit ombud.
