Worst Service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Since starting my diploma with college Sa all I have experienced is bad service and no feedback. I can never get through to the call center and they never reply.
I always have to send more than 4 follow up emails before they reply.
More than once they have sent me the incorrect books and mixed me up with a student that has completely a different field of study. When sending me registration to write exams they always mess up my location. It is already stressful to balance work and studies and now I have to always deal with this *********** people .
I highly recommend not studying through them as they are rude and provide no support whatso ever and if you get through to them they are so rude as if they are doing you a favor .
