Misleading information on statements
I am paying monthly debits to settle my account on a cancelled course but my statement amounts do not update monthly, instead I get the same statement twice with an updated date or just 2 out of 5 of the payments already made reflecting. I have raised this and I am told to provide proof of payment even though they have it but just not taking the time to update it correctly and provide a statement as per my request. The back and forth is really discouraging me to enrol for another course for 2027.
