Waste of time

I am really appalled by the service I have received from College SA. Or should I say the lack. They require that the Formative and Summative Assessment are graded and deemed competent before they send the next batch of study material. This is expected to take 7-14 days. My Formative Assessment was submitted 25 days ago and still hasn't even been graded. My Summative assessment was submitted 10 days ago. But at this rate, how long am I expected to wait for it to be graded before I receive my study material?! What an utter waste of time to sit around when I could be working on the next module. I am honestly disgusted by the incompetence. I have emailed through constantly because they don't bother to follow up with you otherwise. I am just bitterly disappointed to have to deal with this for the next 3 years. How do you even finish your course on time with such pathetic service
