Waiting too long to receive Core 2 exam voucher.

I have waited for about a month on my exam voucher to write my CompTIA A+ Core 2 *** exam, and I keep on getting told to just wait. I have made the purchase reference as per the exam quotation I received from Sbongile. So many tickets have already been opened to sort out my exam voucher purchase and I still haven't received my voucher to write my exam. I have communicated very often and also sent proof of payment and necessary documents and information and I have been told to wait and the exam department takes their own time. And I am still waiting while time is ticking down on the deadline.
