Useless and no service not answering calls

I have been studying with them from Februarie 2014 without any help or assistance as they are *********** . I have been waiting for my books now for 2 weeks after they tell me it has been send my TUTOR tells me this morning it has newer been ordered now I have to wait another 2 weeks as they think I have all the time in the world. They booked my exams wrong now it is costing me R1000.00 plus to rewrite because Faisa or whatever her name is made n mistake. I paid them R30000.00 my account is up to date and paid in full but I have yet found out what I pad for. The books surely don't cost that much.I am sick and tired of this they are rude and don't know what they are talking about. I have sent Onyeka an email this morning because she said she would come back to me immediately but still no response after my 3rd email. Please dont ever make use of this company they are only interested in taking your money and you must struggle on your own. They dont even send you all your books with my co 2 they newer sent me my study guide. After I phoned them and asked them where it is they just say sorry we don't have it BUT I MUST PAY FOR IT till this day they have not send it to me .
