Unresolved issues

I was on break last year May-Jul ever since I've returned to complete my studies in August there were NO assistance from anybody. I kept on phoning, at least twice a week , trying to find somebody to assist. My tutor originally was Anton, but he has left, i was told that Whitney is my Tutor now, but I've never heard her voice. The only time I would actually hear from College SA is when I have to pay my account. In December I was tired of fighting and repeating myself so I've just paid a R2000.00 upfront hoping for better assistance, with no luck as yet. I was then told they will add the 7 months that I've lost since last year August with no charge onto my study period. It's now 2 weeks later and again today I've received a call from them to make February's payment. My student number is 26699.
