UNPROFESSIONAL

I have enrolled for 2 courses in architectural drawing since 2013. I received my introductory pack but was never assigned a permanent tutor. I never handed in a single assignment and the only correspondence was money owing to them. I never received any post, email or telephone call regarding the course.<br> I have decided to change my course and have now been told that I am going to be charged for 16 months. I have requested the terms and conditions that states this and they must confirm in writing that they are charging me 16 months tuition for doing absolutely nothing. <br>
