They keep the credit on your account - don't do refunds
I paid my course in full and while doing the course decided to change the course so the money was transferred to cover the new course cost, and the new course ic less than the first one so I was left with almost R5000 in credit, they refuse to do refunds they keep themoney, so either you have to do another course to that value or have a relative use that credit balance, that is absolutely ridiculous. I would never in my life ever again refer anyone to College SA. this is ridiculous.
